What services can I pay for using Nepalekart?

Nepalekart supports a wide range of utility payments including Mobile Top-ups (NTC, Ncell, Smart), Landline bills, Electricity (NEA), Internet (Worldlink, Vianet, etc.), TV/DTH, and even domestic flight bookings.

Is it safe to use my Indian bank card?

Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption and partner with secure payment gateways (PayU, etc.) to process transactions. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Payments & Refunds

My account was deducted but recharge failed. What do I do?

In rare cases of technical timeout, if money is deducted but service is not provided, the amount is automatically refunded to your Nepalekart wallet or source account within 24-48 hours. Please contact support if it takes longer.

Are there any hidden fees?

We believe in transparency. Most services are free of surcharge. Any convenience fee for specific cross-border transactions will be clearly displayed on the checkout screen before you pay.

How do I reset my password?
