Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption and partner with secure payment gateways (PayU, etc.) to process transactions. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
In rare cases of technical timeout, if money is deducted but service is not provided, the amount is automatically refunded to your Nepalekart wallet or source account within 24-48 hours. Please contact support if it takes longer.
We believe in transparency. Most services are free of surcharge. Any convenience fee for specific cross-border transactions will be clearly displayed on the checkout screen before you pay.
